The Enduro Story

Enduro Strength Performance was founded in the summer of 2024 from a small café in Nobby’s Beach (Gold Coast).

Built on the belief that endurance athletes perform best when durability comes first, Enduro delivers structured coaching that prioritises strategic load management, strength development and long-term progression.

What began as a small coaching platform has grown into a performance service supporting athletes of all backgrounds and experience levels.

Since then, Enduro has coached more than 200 athletes across Australia and internationally, helping them arrive at their start lines not only fit — but strong, healthy and prepared to execute their race plan.

Brandon is the Co-Founder and Head Coach of Enduro Strength Performance and creator of GC Social Tri Club, one of the Gold Coast’s fastest-growing endurance communities. Drawing on his background in Health & Physical Education, personal & group training and strength & conditioning, he specialises in building durable, high-performing athletes by blending technical education with performance.

Having coached over 150 athletes and completed multiple ultras, six + 70.3s, and a full Ironman, Brandon leverages lived experience to refine technique and foster long-term consistency. Currently scaling one of Australia’s leading endurance platforms, Brandon is dedicated to guiding athletes from their first triathlon through to the Ironman finish line with a focus on structure and injury prevention.
