WORDS FROM OUR MEMBERS
“The team at Enduro are exceptional. Not only do they coach and prepare you, but they personally want to see you hit your goals and will put in all their effort to ensure you’re in the best position to be able to smash your goal. The guidance they provide is second to none and I couldn’t recommend them more to anybody looking to take on a triathlon or endurance event.”
Kyle Jackson (Mooloolaba Tri)
“I could not recommend Brandon enough and the team at Enduro Strength Performance for the coaching and support leading into all my events. From the start, Brandon has taken the guesswork out of my training, giving me clear direction and confidence in what I’m doing and why. Balancing training alongside a busy schedule can be challenging, but having a structured program that is tailored to me has made a huge difference. Every session has purpose, and I’ve been able to build consistency across swimming, riding and running while continuing to improve. Additionally, the guidance around race prep, pacing and overall execution helped me feel confident heading into the event and ultimately perform the way I wanted to on the day. I’m looking forward to what’s next and continuing to build with Brandon and Enduro.”
Lachlan Martyr (T100 Olympic Triathlon)
“From just surviving my first triathlon with zero experience and coach to actually really enjoying my second - a huge thanks to my coach, Brandon! Juggling swim/bike/run training with a busy work life is no joke, but he made the whole process feel completely manageable. His endless support and structured sessions gave me the exact confidence boost I needed to stop stressing and start attacking my workouts. If you need a coach who truly sets you up for success, Brandon is your guy!.”
Chris Bourke (Lake Mac Olympic Triathlon)
“Jack at Enduro has been absolutely incredible for both my progress and my ability to stay injury free this year. I started with Jack because I had a very interrupted 2024, with injury after injury causing my training and progress to dip. He has been fantastic in keeping me accountable to the program he sets and providing me with much more knowledge around training and fuelling. Highly recommend it if you’re looking to up your game!”
Tara Reiter (2nd Place F20-24 QLD Olympic State Champs)
“Training with Jack at Enduro Strength Performance has been incredible. Since working with him, I’ve hit a PB at every race, including completing my first marathon. His programming is clear, structured and individualised, which has kept me consistent and injury-free. Just last week I took 18 minutes off my time at Sunshine Coast 70.3, with big improvements on each individual leg. Jack’s knowledge, support and belief in me — plus his reminder that I still have so much more to unlock — has driven me to keep excelling. His confidence in my abilities has helped me see my own potential and has boosted my confidence in what I can achieve. I can’t recommend him and ESP highly enough.”
Luke Crowther (Ironman 70.3 Sunshine Coast)
“I signed up to Enduro Strength Performance in August and Jack’s coaching has been a complete gamechanger! With the goal of racing Noosa Tri, I was apprehensive due to the fact I was coming back from ACL surgery. But, Jack worked to rebuild my strength, confidence and endurance levels. Thanks to his carefully structured programming and constant support throughout my recovery, I’m now back training and racing triathlons stronger than ever.”
Nick Jarvis (Noosa Tri)
“At the start of 2025 I began training for an Ironman. It was a large goal and I knew I had a long road in front of me. Enduro Strength Performance played a massive role in simplifying the process. By providing easy to follow weekly programs, I was able to steadily increase my fitness without being overwhelmed by the large end goal. Jack effectively managed my load to build fitness whilst managing my full-time job, sickness, trips away and injuries. All this culminated in me arriving at the start line of Ironman Western Australia feeling fit andf ready. The race plan and advice that Jack provided proved to be very valuable in me successfully completing my first Ironman. Completing an Ironman was an intimidating goal however Jack and the team ESP were able to build a program around my goals that made it possible. I have no doubt that without their help my first Ironman would not have gone as well as it did.”
Bill McDonald (Ironman Busselton)
“I started my triathlon journey completely new to the sport and from the first phone call with Jack everything felt more achievable. Even training remotely from the Sunshine Coast, the weekly check-ins, video feedback and flexible programming made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. By race day, I felt prepared, confident and genuinely excited! Crossing the finish line of my first triathlon feeling strong is something I’ll never forget. I’d recommend Jack and the Enduro team to anyone taking on their first triathlon or chasing new goals.”
Krista Smith (Mooloolaba Tri)
“I started my triathlon journey late December, having hardly ridden a bike since graduating from training wheels as a kid and barely able to swim 100m. Living remotely at the time of joining, I connected with Jack online and since then the support has been incredible. He has guided me every step of the way and is genuinely invested in my journey. Jack is very understanding that life still happens outside of training, with his programmes tailored to each individual to fit around a busy work/life schedule. Jack’s knowledge and support has allowed me to grow significantly as an athlete over a very short period of time. With Jack’s coaching I have just competed in my first sprint triathlon (placing 3rd F20-24) and executed my race as planned. For me, I was nervous about transitions and fuelling but Jack provided me with everything I needed to know prior to the event. I would highly recommend the team at Enduro to anybody looking to elevate their training, no matter the stage of their journey! I’m looking forward to what is next for me and am excited to see what I can achieve with the support of Jack and the team at ESP.”
Jess Johnston (3rd Place F20-24, Lake Macquarie Tri)
“Training with Enduro Strength Performance has helped me rediscover my love for triathlon after almost 10 years away from the sport. Coming back, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’ve found my passion for the sport again, set new running PBs and feel genuinely excited about building towards bigger and more challenging distances. Two of the highlights so far has been placing 2nd and 3rd respectively at the QLD Sprint State Champs and Mooloolaba Tri Olympic in the F25-29 age group. These performances gave me a huge confidence boost and showed me what’s possible with tailored training and consistent work. I love the balance between strength training and endurance work and especially the flexibility to fit the program around the rest of my life. It feels sustainable, motivating and has made the sport fun again.”
Sophie Moore (2nd Place F25-29 QLD Sprint State Champs, 3rd Place Moo Tri)
“I was very grateful to be able to work alongside Jack at Enduro Strength Performance while preparing for my first 70.3 distance at Ironman, New Zealand. The impact he had on my training, especially my swimming, was huge. From the start, he brought a level of knowledge, structure and encouragement that made a real difference to both my confidence and performance in the water.”
Peter Te Ngahue (Ironman 70.3 New Zealand)
“As a newbie to Triathlon in my late thirties, I joined Enduro when I needed a guide and an accountability partner to navigate the roadblocks, knowledge gaps and uncertainty. Jack & Branton approach coaching dynamically; they have been a force for encouragement when I needed a kick, or a conscientious guide bringing lived experience when injury or fatigue has made me feel like momentum was slipping away. I now have two events under my belt and many more planned; thanks to Enduro, I have never been so confident in my training and fitness. You cannot go wrong with their bespoke, personalised approach. They are a great crew and you will feel 100% comfortable dealing with them; especially if you are just starting out and need that confidence gap filled!"
Stephen Gleeson (Mooloolaba Tri)
“Jack has been an outstanding coach and played a huge role in getting me to the start line and successfully across the finish line of the T100. From day 1, his guidance, structure and attention to detail gave me real confidence in the process and in my ability to execute on race day. The training was well planned, progressive and tailored around my work and family commitments, which made it realistic and sustainable. On race day I felt strong in the swim, handled the bike conditions well and was able to stay composed and keep pushing through a hot and windy run. Jack’s experience and calm approach were invaluable throughout the build. He kept things simple, focused and always aligned to the bigger picture, which helped me stay on track and trust the plan the whole way through. I’m really grateful for everything he’s done to help me get to this point and couldn’t have asked for a better experience leading into such a big event. Looking forward to building on this and taking on the next challenge together!”
David Payne (T100 Gold Coast)
“I started with Enduro Strength Performance with the goal of completing the Sunny Coast Ironman 70.3 - quite ambitious as I hadn’t done any form triathlon or endurance sport for over a decade! Jack and the crew at ESP have been nothing but supportive and helpful along the journey to the start line. I am the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been. After having zero experience on the bike, I’m now comfortably riding 4+ hours with no hassle. Can’t thank Jack and Brando enough for all the help and I recommend them to anybody that is looking to complete a triathlon or Ironman!"
Connor Upton (Ironman Sunshine Coast 70.3)
“I want to give a shout out to my Coach Jack Saunders from Enduro Strength Performance. I knew from the second I signed up to the T100 that this distance required a structured and tailored plan to suit my goals. Over 3 months, Jack built my plan to perfection with his expertise and was able to analyse and adapt my training on a weekly basis. Every week I was progressively getting fitter and I was sustaining a program that was both challenging and enjoyable. As an athlete, you want a coach who can deliver results. I went into this aiming 4hr 30min and I executed a great race that had me come home in 4hr 20min! I can’t recommend the coaches at ESP enough as their plans are unique and programmed to your individual needs. They are a team that are genuinely committed to reaching your goals with you. They’re a team that will build your confidence, get you insanely fit and develop the skills needed through your triathlon journey!”
